Welcome to Free System–Sistema Libre
A cosmos of transformation
Free System–Sistema Libre (FSSL) is based in Missoula, Montana, on the ancestral lands of the Salish and Kootenai peoples.
We are a locally and globally connected educational and experiential initiative for collective liberation.
Our core offerings include:
Liberation Labs – 5-month workshops for embodied repatterning and collective care
Educational Media – videos, writing, and live classes
Coaching & Facilitation – trauma-informed, justice-rooted support for individuals and groups
We teach through relationship, embodiment, and creative process, rooted in the First Breath Methodology—a quantum framework guided by the Seven Portals and Seven Foundations of Liberation.
From Missoula to the digital cosmos, we invite people into practices of belonging, cultural repair, and systems co-creation.

Memoir First Breath ~ Movement 1

Intro to Shadow Work
Shadow work invites us to face the parts of ourselves and our cultures shaped by shame, fear, and systemic exploitation. By bringing hidden patterns into the light—both personal and collective—we begin to unravel internalized oppression and reclaim our full power and humanity.
