Core Offerings
🌅 First Breath Framework (FBF):
A quantum guide for designing new systems of care, equity, abundance, and belonging. A compass for repair, reconnection, and cultural regeneration.
🌀 Open Zoom Sessions:
Led by the needs of the community, we’ll practice being together in ways that are emotionally accountable, nourishing, and spacious. Guided by our community guidelines (inspired by Resmaa Menakem) & shaped by the teachings of Cliff Berrien, indigenous relatives, and Eastern traditions🙏🏼

🌈 Seven Realms of Reconnection (7 Realms):
With the FBF as our guide, this introductory, self-paced course blends education, storytelling, somatic practices, and inquiry. It’s a multimedia resource designed to help us remember our interconnection, repair relationships, and co-create new systems of care.
🌍 Liberation Labs:
Local + global practice spaces for repair, culture building, and new systems design—guided by collaborative facilitation and diverse frameworks including the First Breath Framework (🌅 FBF), Emergent Dialogue, Somatic Groundwork, and more.
