🌈 Lib Labs Guides

Guides are not authority figures — they are co-practitioners, walking with integrity and humility. They:

  • Walk with their shadow

  • Are open to giving and receiving feedback around harm, while maintaining healthy boundaries

  • Are ready to co-create new, equitable global cultures rooted in deep wisdom and care

  • Know themselves well — and remain open to transformation

  • Acknowledge we need each other and the diversity among us to close the gaps

  • Lead with humility and inner power

  • Have the capacity and desire for Power With, sometimes leading, sometimes following

  • Know how to care for others with clear, loving boundaries

  • Desire supportive, abundant, and enlivened ecosystems built on creativity, love, and humor

🌍 Liberation Labs (Lib Labs)

Core collaborative work — local + global practice spaces for repair, culture building, and new systems design.
Guided by collaborative facilitation and diverse frameworks including the First Breath Framework (FBF), Emergent Dialogue, Somatic Groundwork, Indigenous & Reparations Frameworks, Healing Race Frameworks, and more.

“Liberation Labs” is a placeholder name and may evolve as communities self-organize.

🌿 Lib Lab Guidelines

Welcome!
These are spaces of deep listening, reciprocity, release, and co-creation. Guided by community, we practice being together in ways that are nourishing, accountable, and spacious.

Our guidelines are inspired by Resmaa Menakem and shaped by the teachings of Cliff Berrien, Karine Bell, Indigenous relatives, and Eastern traditions. 🙏🏼

  • Arrive in music or quiet for the first ~ minutes

  • Introduce yourself in the chat & use it for connection

  • Stay muted unless sharing

  • Share mindfully — all are welcome

  • Camera on or off (if remote) — bring your full self (pets & costumes welcome!)

  • Listen · Breathe · Move · Sound · Release

  • Ask questions · Tell stories

  • Lead with curiosity & love

🌳 Remember

This is an experimental, emergent community space.
No one holds authority. We are practicing together — honoring our individuality while holding the whole.
