About Heidi J Cardoza
Hi I’m Heidi J—practitioner and educator-leader in liberation. I am a genderqueer artist, producer, and scientist with over 25 years of experience in personal and collective transformation. As an anti-racist, disability advocate, and lover of permaculture and cosmology, I bring a unique lens to the work of healing and cultural renewal. My expertise in psychobiological integration—releasing shame and fear through the body—grounds my commitment to creative liberation and to dissolving the illusion of separation.
My artistic path weaves comedy, drag, music, dance, theater, storytelling, and song. I live with my tiny fox-dog, Peanut, on the homelands of the Seliš, Ktunaxa, and Niisitapi peoples—currently called Missoula, Montana—where I share the land with many non-human relatives.
I am the founder of Free System – Sistema Libre (FSSL), a liberation-centered business blending embodiment, psychology, land connection, and creative expression to inspire connection and release oppression. Through consultations, teachings, and partnerships with aligned organizations, I help cultivate caring, conscious, and creative cultures for a liberated world.
