๐ Open Zoom Sessions: ๐ First Breath Framework (FBF) Community Space
Welcome! These are spaces of co-creation, reciprocity, and deep listening. Guided by the community, weโll practice being together in ways that are emotionally held, accountable, nourishing, and spacious.
Our guidelines are inspired by Resmaa Menakem and shaped by the teachings of Cliff Berrien, Karine Bell, Indigenous relatives, and Eastern traditions. ๐๐ผ
