๐ŸŒ€ Open Zoom Sessions: ๐ŸŒ… First Breath Framework (FBF) Community Space

Welcome! These are spaces of co-creation, reciprocity, and deep listening. Guided by the community, weโ€™ll practice being together in ways that are emotionally held, accountable, nourishing, and spacious.

Our guidelines are inspired by Resmaa Menakem and shaped by the teachings of Cliff Berrien, Karine Bell, Indigenous relatives, and Eastern traditions. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

๐ŸŒŸ What to Expect & How to Participate

  • Sessions open with music โ€” quiet arrival for the first 5 minutes.

  • Deep listening, allowing, breathing, and silence are honored.

  • Movement, sound, laughter, tears, and release are welcome.

  • Ask questions about the First Breath Framework, liberation, inherited patterns, intercultural repair, or similar topics.

  • Use the chat to introduce yourself (name, where youโ€™re joining from, how youโ€™re doing today).

  • Breathing prompts, movement invitations, and dance breaks may be offered (participation optional).

  • Breakout rooms may be used for smaller conversations.

  • Show up as you are โ€” all colors, all abilities, all genders.

  • Stay muted unless you are sharing, so everyone can be heard.

  • Organic sharing is encouraged: unmute when you feel called. Please be mindful not to overlap or take too much time.

  • Bring your pet, costume, story, joke or simply your presence. Cameras on or off โ€” itโ€™s your choice.

  • Curiosity, play, love, and inquiry guide us. โœจ Love is required! โœจ

โœจ Remember

This is an experimental, emergent community space. No one holds authority. We are practicing together โ€” honoring our individual expression while holding the whole community.
