Can you breathe into that place and listen to what it truly needs—safety, rest, or trust?
🌈 Inquiry Two — Opening to Abundance & Belonging
Where in your life do you want to feel more flow, connection, or support?
What does abundance mean to you beyond money—in love, community, or creativity?
Can you imagine belonging so deep that “enough” becomes a feeling, not a number?
🌬 Practice One — Expansion Breath
Sit or stand tall, feet grounded.
Inhale slowly through the nose, letting air fill the belly, ribs, and back body.
Exhale through the mouth, softening the grip of fear or contraction.
Repeat many times, letting each breath create more space inside you.
🤲 Practice Two — Gesture of Reciprocity
Offer one small act of generosity today—a kind word, food, or time.
Give with awareness that you are part of the Earth’s great circulation of care.
Notice the shift in your body as you give from trust rather than fear.
