🌿 Inquiry One β€” Releasing Whiteness & Healing Race
Where does disconnection live in your body?
When you feel defensiveness, guilt, or numbness arise, can you breathe into that space β€” not to fix it, but to feel what it’s protecting?
What might it mean to meet that part of yourself with honesty instead of shame?

🌍 Inquiry Two β€” Renewing Land-Based Culture
When you stand on the Earth, can you sense her presence beneath you β€” not as property, but as relationship?
What small act of reciprocity could you offer the land or the people who have tended it?

πŸ’§ Practice One β€” Embodied Listening
Find a quiet place and rest one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Breathe slowly and say aloud: β€œI am willing to listen.”
Imagine listening to a BIPOC friend, ancestor, or teacher without responding or explaining β€” only listening.
Notice what happens in your body and let your breath soften whatever tightens.
Listening is an act of repair.

🌾 Practice Two β€” Land Reciprocity
Go outside and spend 15–30 minutes in silent relationship with a piece of land β€” a tree, a rock, a patch of soil.
Ask permission to be there.
Offer something simple: water, a song, a handful of food, your attention.
When you leave, whisper gratitude and notice what has shifted in your body.
Belonging grows through relationship, not ownership.
