πͺ Inquiry 1 β Shadow Work
What parts of yourself do you reject or hide?
Where might shame or fear prevent you from embracing your own depth, intensity, or softness?
How might these hidden aspects contain your creative power or wisdom?
Inquiry 2 β Death & Mystery
What emotions arise when you contemplate death β your own, or anotherβs?
How does your relationship with death mirror your relationship with change or letting go?
πΏ Practice 1 β Honoring Darkness
Wherever you are sitting, standing, or lying down, become comfortable.
Drop your focus. Breathe.
Close your eyes if you wish (unless driving).
Notice the darkness.
Honor the primordial dark β the vast, unseen universe that holds you.
Honor all dimensions and beings in relationship with you.
Honor the dark, loving reality that enfolds and breathes with you.
Practice 2 β Composting for Renewal
Write down one behavior, belief, or energy pattern you are ready to release.
Fold the paper and offer it to the Earth β burn it or bury it.
As you do, say aloud or silently a phrase that helps you release, honoring with love.
